All deposits and withdrawals on the vio77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposits made using Bonus Funds are not eligible for direct withdrawal; they must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements. Real Money Balances are generally available for withdrawal subject to account verification status and the absence of any active fraud investigations.

vio77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. vio77 accepts no liability for third-party fees.

The following general principles apply to all vio77 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable;
2. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount and apply only to eligible game categories as specified in the promotion terms;
3. Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period;
4. A player may only claim a specific promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise;

All bets and game outcomes on the vio77 platform are final once confirmed. The Company does not accept responsibility for errors arising from a Player's misunderstanding of betting markets, game rules, or outcome calculations.

vio77's sportsbook covers a wide range of events including, but not limited to: English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, UFC events, and international tennis tournaments. Betting markets, odds, and event availability are subject to change without notice.

In the event of an obvious system error, technical malfunction, or eroneous odds publication, vio77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winings generated as a result of such errors are not valid and will not be paid.

All casino game outcomes, including slot machines, roulette, blackjack, and live dealer games, are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. vio77 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence the result of any game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vio77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to vio77's technical systems;
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions;
• Accessing the platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order;
• Allowing a minor (anyone under the age of 21) to access or use your account.

All content on the vio77 platform — including but not limited to the vio77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vio77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vio77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate game play;
• Loss of access to the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the Player's side;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to secure credentials;
• Changes to or discontinuation of any game, product, or feature on the Platform.

vio77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

vio77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct;
• Verification documents provided during KYC are found to be false, forged, or misleading;
• The Player has initiated a chargeback on a legitimate deposit;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account closure;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of outstanding obligations (including bonus repayment where applicable) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending investigations. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure unless explicitly required by law.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
